To request an obituary, if you are from outside of Morgan County, Indiana you must:

IMPORTANT – Send your completed form and payment of $3 per name for requests sent from outside of Morgan County, Indiana. Research will begin upon receipt of payment. DO NOT SEND CASH. Please send a Check or Money Order made out to “Morgan County Public Library.” Click on “Locations” above for the Martinsville (Main Library) mailing address.
