Request for Qualifications – Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract

Notice is hereby given that Morgan County Public Library shall receive responses for a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract until 2 pm local time on August 13, 2024 at the Morgan County Public Library Director’s Office, 110 S. Jefferson Street, Martinsville, IN 46151.  Responses will be in accordance with I.C. 36-1-12.5 and the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) guidelines.  For more information contact Sarah Craft at sarah@kramercorporation.com.

 A mandatory site visit will be held on July 25, 2024 at 10:30 AM with all potential Qualified Provider candidates.

The Qualified Provider to whom the work is awarded shall conform to the wages determined for this project. All responses must contain the content and, in the format, described within the RFQ.

 Library Board reserves the right to terminate this project prior to bid being received, to reject all responses and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the responses offered.
